At Funky Tech World, we value your satisfaction and comply fully with the Consumer Protection Act 68 of 2008 (CPA) and the Electronic Communications and Transactions Act (ECTA). This Refund & Returns Policy outlines your rights and our obligations regarding product returns, refunds, and exchanges.
2. 6-Month Warranty (CPA Compliance)
All products sold by Funky Tech World carry a 6-month warranty against manufacturing defects in terms of the CPA.
If your product is defective within 6 months of purchase, and it has not been misused, damaged, or altered, you may choose to:

Have the product replaced, or

Receive a full refund.
Repairs may take up to 21 business days, depending on supplier timelines.
3. Conditions for Returns and Exchanges
You may request a return or exchange within 7 days of delivery if:

The product is unused, in original packaging, and in resaleable condition.

You received the wrong product or wrong colour.

The item was damaged on arrival (must be reported within 48 hours of delivery).
Returns that do not meet these conditions may be refused or subject to a restocking fee.
4. Exclusions (Non-Returnable Items)
For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned once opened or used:

Wearable tech products (e.g. smart rings, earbuds, etc.)

Personal care or hygiene-related gadgets

Charging cables or accessories once packaging is opened
Custom or clearance sale items are non-refundable unless defective.
5. Return Process
To initiate a return, please:

Wait for confirmation and return instructions.

Ship the product back to us in its original packaging.
Return courier fees are the customer’s responsibility unless the item was defective, incorrect, or damaged on arrival.

7. Late or Missing Refunds
