1. What is Funky Tech World?

Funky Tech World is a South African-based online tech store offering trendy, aesthetic and functional gadgets from iPad accessories to smart fitness devices and portable tech essentials.


2. Where are you based?

We’re proudly based in South Africa, and all orders ship locally via trusted courier partners.


3. Do you deliver nationwide?

Yes! We deliver anywhere in South Africa. Delivery times vary depending on your location, typically 9-14 working days.


4. How much does delivery cost?

Shipping fees are displayed at checkout and depend on your region and order weight. 


5. How long does delivery take?

Major cities: 9-14 working days

Outlying areas: 11-15 working days

Orders are processed within 1–2 days after payment confirmation.
You’ll receive tracking details via email or SMS once your order has been shipped.


6. Can I track my order?

Yes! Once your order has been dispatched, you’ll receive a tracking link via email or SMS to follow your delivery in real-time.


7. What payment methods do you accept?

We accept:

Debit and Credit Cards (Visa, MasterCard)

Yoco (Secured online payment gateway)

All payments are processed securely we never store your card information.


8. Can I return a product if I change my mind?

Yes if the product is unused, in its original packaging, and returned within 7 days of delivery.

9. What if my product is defective or damaged?

If your item arrives damaged or develops a fault within the 6-month warranty period, contact us immediately at info@funkytechworld.co.za with your order number and clear photos of the issue.
We’ll assist with a repair, replacement, or refund under the Consumer Protection Act.


10. Can I exchange an item for a different colour or style?

Yes as long as it’s unused and in original condition. Simply email us to arrange an exchange.
Please note that you’ll be responsible for the return shipping fee unless the item was incorrect or defective.


11. Do your products come with a warranty?

Yes. All products include a 6-month warranty for manufacturing defects as per the Consumer Protection Act (CPA).


12. Are your smart rings compatible with all devices?

Most of our smart fitness rings connect via Bluetooth and are compatible with both iOS and Android devices. Please check each product description for exact compatibility details.


13. Is my personal information safe?

Absolutely. We are fully POPIA compliant and ensure that all personal and payment data is protected with secure encryption.

Currently, Funky Tech World only ships within South Africa but we plan to expand soon!
